Memorial Day Weekend

As we head into the holiday weekend, we need to remember the following:

It’s not about the parades.

It’s not about the sales at our favorite stores.

It’s not about the food and cookouts.

It’s not about the race.

It’s about remembering the men and women in uniform – past, present, and future – who have given their lives in service to this country.

It doesn’t matter if you personally agreed with the reasons they were sent to fight.  It matters that they were there, and died in service to their country.

God Bless the Men and Women of the Armed Services, and the Country they serve.

  1. I couldn’t have said it any better sir. And the photo of the “LIBERTY” thing was great. God Bless you too.

  2. Tom says:

I can’t top Michael Ramirez for his graphics. They say it all.

  3. My family all the time say that I am wasting my time
here at web, except I know I am getting familiarity everyday by reading these fastidious posts.
reply from Robert: I am glad you are reading here…and as for being fastidious…yes, we are. Government needs to be held accountable for what it is doing to this country. If not……we can say goodbye to all our freedoms because they will soon be gone.
