I used that word “trained” for a reason here. Because we ARE being trained to hate America, and what America stands for. And there are many many examples of this, one of the latest is our inability to stand up for ourselves when someone or some religion makes us apologize for something done by mistake, when that other side does the same or worse to our bible or our people, and no apologies are demanded of there.
When Daniel Berg, I guess that was his name, was beheaded some years ago, did we as a country demand retribution for this act against an American Citizen? No, we didn’t. Because our government in it’s wisdom felt that standing up for an American citizen was the wrong thing to do.
When our bibles were being burned by Islamists and others, did we as a country demand an apology for burning our book of religion? NO we didn’t because our government decided that wasn’t offense enough to do so.
We, as a society, has to stand up for what we believe, or what we believe will cease to exist, except in our own minds because it will become irrelevant to everyone else.
America became great because we believed in what we set up and we stood up for what we believed in. America is becoming less and less great because we no longer will stand up for our convictions and our government, which we elect, will no longer stand up for America.
Granted, there is a movement now that is electing officials who do believe in the Constitution, and who will stand up for America. But that is what it is now. A movement. Gaining popularity, and gaining positions of power in our government, but the battle for America is NOT over yet.
This position we find ourselves in today took generations to get into place, and we have to realize, that it will also take generations to get out of place. We are at war. We are in the fight of America’s life. We are the soldiers that will win, or lose this war for our nation’s sovereignty. I know, that I am in this war to win. How about you?
I for one, have always been proud of my country. I never went to war for her, as when I came of age, Vietnam was winding down, and though I tried to go, they wouldn’t let me go because of a medical condition. But, I feel that fighting for this country doesn’t have to be on a bloody battlefield in some other country. It can be right here on our own soil, without a gun, but with a pen, or a computer with internet connection. Getting the word out proudly, that the truth, the American way out there, proudly proclaiming that America is great, and God was in the details of her forming, without apology to someone who may be “offended” at my patriotism is how to do it. It isn’t proclaimed by appeasing our enemies and our detractors. This nation is and was to great for that kind of message. God Bless America and what she stands for.
May God Bless our efforts to help get America back, and put God back into our country
God Bless America, Bless all Americans, and bless us to start using more common sense.
