The Republican party does not know how to win.

“And so, when the choices that are put before us today are dangerous ones because if we choose this path of pitting people against each other, if we buy into this notion that our economy really can’t grow fast enough for all of us to prosper so we’re going to have to somehow empower government to distribute the wealth of this country among us, we’ve chosen to become like everybody else. We’ve chosen to become like the countries that your parents and grandparents came here to get away from. And that’s a powerful message. And that’s the message that we need to deliver. And that’s the message we need to work on delivering. It’s a winning message.”
-Marco Rubio on the Hispanic Leadership Conference-

Now Rubio has it exactly right here. Barack Obama is doing nothing but taking from us the people and he isn’t apologizing for anything that he has done to this economy. And sadly he still has many who will support him, even though the country under his leadership is closer to failing than ever before in our history.

The sad part of this is, we have people who actually think that Obama is doing a good job!!! But Rubio knows better, as do many of us on the Conservative side of things.

And Rubio is right. Conservative ideas are winning ideas. Sadly the top tier of the Republican party doesn’t think so. They have lost sight of what is means to be a winner. They have lost the ability to know how to win. And as long as they feel that conservatism isn’t the way to go, they will continue to lose. Even when they win.

This feeling among the hierarchy of the GOP has been around for a long time. They didn’t like Reagan when he was going to run for President. He was too conservative in their eyes and couldn’t win. Yet he did. Now, he is considered one of our greatest presidents. And yet, the GOP just will not learn the lesson taught them when Reagan won, not just one term, but two.

What is needed my friends, is a complete renew of the Republican party. Bring in true conservatives and take out the old guard. And it can be done. Because right now, as Rush says, ‘Obama is taking this country back to the country that your grandparents left to get away from.’ Something that Romney will continue by the way. He is NOT a conservative.

The things that the Republicans should be going after is the Obama administration when they come out with numbers for unemployment like happened this week. The new numbers are about 8.5% now. And no president has ever been re-elected with unemployment numbers over 8%! There is where we should be hitting now. But no. We are going after each other, like the idiots we are.

In the new unemployment numbers the government cooked them up because the raw numbers show something totally different. From the Bureau of Labor statistics, in December we had 132,952,000 jobs. In January, we had 130,400… so there are actually two and half million fewer people working in January than there were in December. These are the raw figures folks. This from ZeroHedge comes the article that states this:

A month ago, we joked when we said that for Obama to get the unemployment rate to negative by election time, all he has to do is to crush the labor force participation rate to about 55%. Looks like the good folks at the BLS heard us: it appears that the people not in the labor force exploded by an unprecedented record 1.2 million. No, that’s not a typo: 1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month! So as the labor force increased from 153.9 million to 154.4 million, the non institutional population increased by 242.3 million meaning, those not in the labor force surged from 86.7 million to 87.9 million. Which means that the civilian labor force tumbled to a fresh 30 year low of 63.7% as the BLS is seriously planning on eliminating nearly half of the available labor pool from the unemployment calculation.

And this isn’t all folks. There is more. From the Washington Times is the article,

Jobless rate has fallen because of dropouts
Obama benefits from uncounted

We have to realize that being losers is never going to help the republican party. And acting like losers when you win isn’t going to help either. So, John McCain, shut up. And the rest of you out there who can’t seem to act like winners when we won the last election, shut up. You are not helping us any at all.

When numbers come up like these unemployment numbers that were above, don’t just take it for granted that the administration is telling the truth. Use Murphy’s law…..in a roundabout way. Figure that whatever they are saying to make things seem better, is a lie. Look things up for yourself. If I can do it…..you can.

May God Bless our efforts to help get America back, and put God back into our country
God Bless America, Bless all Americans, and bless us to start using more common sense.

About Robert P. Garding

I am a Reagan Conservative, who is very alarmed at the Liberals who have just lost their majority over our government, but continue to act like it never happened. They have to be stopped. NOW or even sooner.

One Response to The Republican party does not know how to win.

  1. Seane-Anna says:

You’re right, my friend. Republicans don’t know how to win, even when they do. I’m not sure why this is so or what the solution is but we need to find one, and quickly. Obama is dragging our country down into a pit which will take generations to get out of. He MUST be defeated to save America! That’s why it’s vital for Republicans to get their proverbial act together, because they are the only opponents of Obama who can win…if they really care to.
reply from Robert: I am afraid that what we are heading towards, is an Obama lite, in Romney. He has boonswoggled the people into voting for him, as he has won Florida and now Nevada. We are going to have him for our nominee. The only thing that will stop the mess that is happening with Obama, is if we elect Romney, make sure that we elect enough true conservatives to the house and the senate to stop his “bigger government higher taxes” message that he is now hiding. I do not know why the American people are so stupid when it comes to electing their leaders, but they are. It is true what Benjamin Franklin said when he said, “We have a republic, for as long as we can keep it.” We can see that republic slipping away as we vote.
