If you have ABC Radio News, if your EIB affiliate carries ABC Radio News and you’ve been listening to it mere moments ago, they’ve been playing sound bites from Obama’s press conference as if they’re being fed those sound bites, and saying, “an angry sounding Obama.” And he has sounded angry a couple times. I’m thinking, “What in the world does he have to be angry about? He’s the one causing all this. He’s the one screwing everybody. He’s the one happily managing the decline of the United States of America.” And these fits of rage are prompted by questions that he considers to be beneath him, he doesn’t think he should be asked. And this whole thing is a campaign appearance.
-Rush Limbaugh- Thursday
There is no news in Obama’s latest news conference. Hell, there hasn’t been any news in any of his news conferences. Nothing but him trying to push something no one else wants but him.
Yet, no matter how many times we tell the man that we do not want his ideas, he comes up with this nonsense…….
“Well, those people, they’re simply expressing the frustrations of the American people,……….”The American people have been frustrated a long time, ten years! American people have been mad about this economy for a long time. We need to do something now. We need to pass that jobs bill!”
Here’s the problem my friends. We have been telling him why we are frustrated. We have been telling him why we are angry, and no matter how many times we tell him, he denies it and comes up with his own dumb plan.
But we have all kinds of stories coming out in the media now. Things that Obama is planning. From the US World News comes this one:
The burgeoning of populist protests in New York and other cities shows that resentment over the economy is growing, and Democratic strategists are moving aggressively to show that President Obama and his party are taking steps to solve the problem while Republicans are standing in the way.
The Democratic National Committee is starting what a spokesman called a coordinated attack with the Obama re-election campaign and state parties designed to link Republican presidential candidates to Wall Street. As part of that effort, the DNC this morning released a new 105-second web video called “Republicans: On the Side of Wall Street, Not Consumers” which will attack Senate Republicans who have blocked Richard Cordray, the president’s nominee to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The news media have been paying increasing attention this week to the “Occupy Wall Street” protests that started in New York and have spread to other cities including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington. Democratic strategists make the point that Obama is sympathetic to the protesters’ underlying concerns. These strategists note that Obama and the Democrats are calling for legal protection for consumers and higher taxes on the wealthy and on big corporations so they pay their “fair share” while the GOP generally opposes those ideas.
White House officials say Americans have a right to be frustrated by the economy and the long-term setbacks to the prosperity of the middle class, such as unemployment and wage stagnation, while the rich have expanded their wealth. But these officials and many of the protesters say Republicans are protectors of the rich and powerful who also want to cut benefits for Medicare and Social Security, which would hurt the middle class and the poor.
“Clearly the frustration is palpable,” a Democratic adviser told me. He added that the protests are manifestations of a larger sense of anger and disappointment that Obama hopes to channel into opposition to the GOP and support for his re-election.
We have to stop thinking that the left can be our friends. The only friends you have are on the right, not the left.
The left, over and over again show that they care for nothing but bigger government, higher taxes and less freedoms for us the people, because they think that we are too stupid to handle the freedoms that the Constitution gives us. But the Constitution does not give the government that kind of power. And that is why the liberals are working so hard to make our founding document irrelevant. And over the last few years, after Obama ran on his promise to “fundamentally change America”, he has done just that. He has said that the Constitution was a “flawed document” and since has been working to change it.
We didn’t properly vet him before electing him. Hopefully we have learned never to do that again. The election of 2012 is coming folks. Time to get this madman out of office, and all the others that are following him, because America stands in the balance. Mark my words folks. Mark my words.
May God bless our efforts to help get America back, and put God back into our country.
God, Bless America. Bless Americans. And Bless us to start using more common sense.
