This is NOT how a Republic is supposed to work!

A Wisconsin judge issued a temporary restraining order Friday blocking the state’s new and contentious collective bargaining law from taking effect, a measure that drew tens of thousands of protesters to the state Capitol and sent some Democrats fleeing to Illinois in an attempt to block a vote on it.

What we see going on in Wisconsin is Washington D.C. Obama politics involving itself in state government. The liberals are at it again. A Liberal, county judge has decided that the law that Governor Walker signed this last week is going to be temporarily suspended because she, and all the libs, say the republicans did something that was wrong. UH…No they didn’t. Let me explain.

This last November, the people spoke in resounding numbers to oust the democrats because they were not doing the people’s will and totally ignoring what the people wanted. Since then, the democrats have been doing things that continue to tell the people that they are not interested in what the people say. If one trick doesn’t work they try another to get they’re agendas to stay in place. Wisconsin and Indiana were and are great examples of how the democrats won’t let go of the leadership reins when they have lost them.

In both states, the democrats abandoned their jobs in the state house, and left the state in order to stop things that they didn’t want done. The republicans, during Obamacare, had the same things going on, but they stayed and voted, even though they knew they didn’t have the votes to stop it. They knew they were doing the people’s will. But not the democrats.

First they leave the state, on the taxpayer dime by the way, and try to stop the legislative process by the rite of abandonment. When that didn’t work, they went to work, with the DNC, bussing in people to help their cause by protestation. Protestation by a few hundred people, who had to be bussed in, after a process of finding them, to go against the people’s will being placed into legislation.

When that didn’t work they decided to use a liberal activist county judge to stop the law that was signed by the governor. Can this be done? Apparently the democrats can do anything. If your a republican? NO YOU CAN’T!!!!

The reasons they are giving, is the legislative committee that broke the stalemate, met without the 24-hour notice required by Wisconsin’s open meetings law. Now here is the problem with this:

Wisconsin’s Senate Rule 93, states, that you only have to post notice of the meeting on the legislative bulletin board, which the Republicans did, but not only that, they also gave everyone a two hour heads up on what was going to happen, which they didn’t have to do.

It wasn’t their fault the democrats weren’t there to see it. If the democrats hadn’t abandoned their jobs by running like little cowards to Illinois, then they would have seen it. PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

How is this law illegal, when the state laws of the legislature allowed for how it was done?

This isn’t a land of “mob rule”. This is how a republic works my democrat friends. If you don’t want to play by the rules, and you go away hoping the laws that you don’t like will go away, you will find that the process goes on without you. Like it did in Wisconsin.

But, since the democrats never can play by the rules, what we the people have to remember is what the democrats have done since Obama and the left lost their leadership in November. And if you still have no clue about what they have done, here it is in a nutshell. They have spit in the face of every American citizen who loves this country, and told us that our views are not important. And I am one of the American’s who does not like that. From either political party.

Now I am not one who advocates the beginning of a new party. That would just cause more trouble, and we have troubles enough here without that. What is needed though, is the taking back of the parties by the people. If it means more of the “tea party” type candidates, then so be it. These new republicans in Washington and all over the United States are there to do the people’s bidding, under, by the way, immense odds. They are not only facing the opposition, but also, opposition from their own party’s leadership that needs to be replaced too. Some being there so long that they no longer think the will of the people is important.

November 2nd was a day that should have told you that the people’s will IS important. Keep doing what your doing, and I am talking to both parties, and you will be replaced! Your notices are being served.

This whole idea that Americans want to continue on with the status quo of taking from the rich just because they have the audacity to want to work hard and make something of themselves, and give to the poor, who do not wish to work hard to get anything is going to stop. We know America cannot survive when there is no more money to hand out like that, and the hand outs continue.

So, you politicians, who can’t seem to keep your hands out of our pockets……you will be replaced. Mark my words. And the unions, need to listen to this too. You are not so powerful that you can’t be taken down. Wisconsin is just the first step, of many to come. The republicans passed that law legally. Get used to being forced back into your corners, cause it is going to continue. The people, are speaking. And they are saying to you, “this is not how a republic is supposed to work.” Stop bucking the system, when it doesn’t go your way, or you will be replaced!

May God bless our efforts to help get America back, and put God back into our country.
God, Bless America. Bless Americans. And Bless us to start using more common sense.

  1. Excellent post and it’s going up on TCL FB.
Thanks for vising my blog and adding it to your BR. You have a great blog here and I will gladly reciprocate in adding it to my blog roll.
I am so proud of your Governor. Wisconsin is very lucky to have him. I have heard about the judge putting the law on hold and, from what I understand, all it would take is another vote to put an end to her decision. I hope it gets settled soon and that what Governor Walker has done will be an example for the rest of the country. Good luck!
reply from Robert: Oh I am proud of Governor Walker, but I am also proud of my governor too. I live in Indiana and my governor is Mitch Daniels. We are going through the same thing…though the Indiana state Constitution doesn’t have the same provision that the Wisconsin one did that helped them, the talk of impeachment has come up, and the people are demanding action.

Great post, my friend! The Dems flee Wisconsin for the expressed purpose of stifling the democratic process and then, when the Republicans foil their effort and do the job that legislators are supposed to do, the Dems get a liberal judge to block them. You’re right, Robert, this is NOT the way a CONSTITUTIONAL Republic works, but it IS the way a PEOPLE’S Republic works. And that’s what Wisconsin’s Democrats apparently want Wisconsin to be, a People’s Republic. Well, that won’t happen, not even with the shenanigans pulled by that liberal judge. Elections have consequences, the Wisconsin Republicans won, and they can now institute their policies. That’s called democracy. The Wisconsin Dems had better get used to it.
reply from Robert: You are right. They need to get used to it…..and not just when they win the majority!

This isn’t a land of “mob rule”. ..but it is steadily becoming just that~!
reply from Robert: I know. And isn’t that sad?

Great post,,,I would Wisconsin….should look into censor against that judge. On what grounds is she legislating from the bench,,,,,I think it’s time someone started holding those responsible for some of these questionable legal decisions by the Black Robe Brigade…..Look at some of the damage they have inflicted on this nation…..With their case law decisions or precedents…much blame can be laid at their feet…….stay well
reply from Robert: You are so right my friend, but right now they operate under a blanket of protection for things done wrong. That blanket should be burned. Preferably with them under it. Getting rid of judges who judge with their hearts instead of from the law books.

  5. tapline says:

correction on my last….first line should read: ” I wish Wis….would look into………sorry, for the funbling and misspelled words……
