Do you remember?

During the Bush presidency, when his approval rating started heading down, the media was falling all over themselves to show that Bush was a bad president and that Americans hated him. I remember when his approval rating hit 45% the media was having orgasms over it….because he was no longer popular. But, here is the latest from that same media, when their president, Obama loses popularity and hits a new low, of 43%. You will love this, from Scarborough and Chris Matthews and Todd:

SCARBOROUGH: Forty-five percent remains very strong for this President. Definitely not what was said about Bush when he hit 43%!

MATTHEWS: It has some surprisingly good news for President Obama. Contrary to the buzz, voters have not given up on the President.

TODD: The President’s approval rating is kind of static over the last year and our pollsters say considering everything he went through, including that shellacking in the elections, the fact that he’s still is at 45% is actually quite remarkable.

Oh now really? Surprisingly good news for Obama? His approval rating is at 43% and it is surprisingly good news? Hmmmm….what did Matthews say when Bush hit 45%? I could wager a years wages that it wasn’t “surprisingly good news for Bush!”, without worry that I would lose. Remember when Bush hit his new low? Here is how the media treated that back then……

Remember when Bush hit a new low for him. This is how it was treated in the media.

BLITZER: It’s 4 p.m. here in Washington. So you’re getting the first look right now at our brand-new poll. The president’s job approval rating has taken a downward turn again, falling to only 36%.

This represents his lowest rating ever in the CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll.

The president’s poll numbers are pretty bad, pretty awful right now, rock bottom as far as the CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll.

The president’s Iraq problem and his new low point in the polls.

His approval and policies now are at new lows.

The president’s job approval number in this new CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll, rock bottom, the lowest it’s ever been.

It’s 5 p.m. here in Washington where President Bush takes a beating in our latest poll. His approval rating at a low ebb.

Our latest CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll just out in the past hour shows the president at an all-time low.

His job approval rating at a new low.

That’s rock bottom as far as our poll is concerned.

It’s 7 p.m. here in Washington. The war in Iraq comes home to roost for President Bush. Our latest poll numbers showing his approval rating at a new low.

Also: President Bush hits a new low in the polls.

Now back to our lead story: President Bush’s approval rating now at an all-time low.

As we noted, a new CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll shows his job approval rating at a new low.

President Bush’s approval rating at a new low, 36%.

Now doesn’t that beat all? Back then Bush was at the same point as the lowest poll for Obama now, yet, do you hear stuff like that now? Oh no you don’t. You do hear that he is slipping, but nothing like when Bush slipped. The media is still protecting Obama…..I wish they would stop it. They need to stop it, cause the people are onto them now. That is one of the reasons their sales are slumping so badly. Because they won’t tell us the truth, and we know it.

May God bless our efforts to help get America back, and put God back into our country.
God, Bless America. Bless Americans.

Robert, Spot on….watch him go lower and he should…..stay well…
reply from Robert: Thanks. I found all that information and I had to post it.

The lame stream media is hopeless. It’s nothing but a partisan hack for the Dems. The sooner it rots on the vine the better. Down with the media and up with truth!
reply from Robert: You know, if the media had told the truth all along, I think that outlets like blogs, and the internet would not have become so prevalent in reporting the news and what is going on in Washington and around the world. So the lies that they have told over the years has given rise to a new kind of media. There are so called “reporters” out here now that put the media to shame, because they actually dig for the truth, instead of looking for new ways to use “key” words or spin the story to mean something else. And now they are in trouble, and they still don’t know it. Don’t you love seeing something die on the vine like that without them even realizing it’s happening, when they are part and parcel of the problems?
