It’s time to change the way things are done in Washington D.C.

“Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”
-Winston Churchill-

They don't know it yet, but the party has started......

It seems, just as Rush says, it’s Washington D.C., against all the rest of us. All we have been getting from the media and the Republican party is that Christine O Donnell cannot win, and that now that she has won the Delaware primary, the Republicans are going to lose the election. OH? Last night after her win, the Republican party said that it wasn’t going to help fund her campaign. She did the right thing and said that she didn’t care. She won the primary without their help, she would win in November without their help. I love it.

It seems that the Republican party would rather get a liberal republican in office and win, than to take a chance and put in a real conservative. My question to that kind of thinking is this. Why win with someone who will vote with the other side most of the time? That is not someone we can count on to think about this country the way we do. But in order to see the fallacy of this kind of thinking, you have to go back to the year that Reagan won the presidency. The one thing that the Republicans and the media and everyone else said in that election was, that Reagan could not win, because he was too conservative.

We all know that the mainstream media and the Republican party, along with everyone else was totally wrong there. So, we are in the same situation now, where there is a groundswell of Conservatism that is running rampant through out this country. The thing I don’t understand is this. Conservatism has been winning all over the place lately. Obama, I am afraid has helped to cause this. But, we all can see that conservatism is winning, but why does the Republican party say that people like Christine O’ Donnell cannot win in November?

When a liberal President finds out his ideas do not work or won’t work, what does he do? He moves to the right. Just like Obama has done. He was as far left as you could almost get when he became president. Now, he is getting more moderate. Which is a movement to the right. Now, Obama will never move more right than he has because he is too invested in his liberal socialism which he has been pushing since day one of his presidency.

Thomas Sowell once said, “Socialism in general has a record of failure so blatant that only an intellectual could ignore or evade it.” And the intellectuals in this nation *at least the ones with the press* are all Liberals.

All in all people, if you are a Conservative, or someone who is totally angry at the things that Obama has done to this country in 19 months, and want to save this country for our future, then you need to be totally excited about what happened last night. This is the start of taking our country back, one candidate at a time. And I don’t know about you, but I am mighty excited about what happened last night. We are seeing a revolution taking place that will be historic. Every bit as historic as Reagan’s rise to power. Do not let the media, or the political parties in power in Washington D.C., lead you in the wrong direction. Because right now, this is going just the way it should.

About Robert P. Garding

I am a Reagan Conservative, who is very alarmed at the Liberals who have just lost their majority over our government, but continue to act like it never happened. They have to be stopped. NOW or even sooner.

This is a tough one for me. While I certainly want conservatives in office, does it really help to advance conservatism to run a conservative candidate who probably can’t win? On the other hand, conservatives definitely do NOT help themselves by supporting a RINO just because he has an excellent chance of winning. What difference does it make to defeat a Democrat with a Republican who votes like a Democrat? I don’t know much about Christine O’Donnell. Maybe she’s as bad for victory as the Republican establishment says she is. We’ll just have to wait and see, but anything can happen in elections. Who would’ve thought that a no-name, Black senator from Illlinois would be elected president in 2008? If Obama could win, so too, I think, can Christine O’Donnell.
reply from Robert: This was a tough one for me too. Though, I came down to that arguement. Why put a RINO into office just because he can win, when he will vote with the Democrats most of the time? I would rather vote for a Conservative. And who knows? If Obama can win, so can others.
