Let me tell you, it is an anger and frustration that I share as president, and I’m not going to rest or be satisfied until the leak is stopped at the source, the oil in the Gulf is contained and cleaned up, and the people of the Gulf are able to go back to their lives and their livelihoods.
I know BP is committed to pay for the response effort, and we will hold them to their obligation. I have to say, though, I did not appreciate, uh, what I considered to be a ridiculous spectacle, uh, during the congressional hearings into this matter. You had executives of BP and Transocean and Halliburton falling over each other to point the finger of blame at somebody else.
This is a responsibility that all of us share. The oil companies share it, the manufacturers of this equipment share it, the agencies in the federal government in charge of oversight share that responsibility. I will not tolerate more finger-pointing or irresponsibility.
No matter what happens, it seems that Obama is always pointing the blame finger at everyone, that is, everyone but the person who is really at fault for a lot of what is going on. Himself. His indignant fake anger at the Oil Companies is laughable at best.
But Obama, being a liberal is doing one thing when it comes to this feigned anger at BP and the oil companies. And it is the same thing that every liberal does. Doing what he can to stop the oil companies. He has vowed to stop all oil drilling and exploration until the cause of this latest disaster can be figured out. IN OTHER WORDS my friends,…..the ban will last forever.
So the blame will always be directed at the offending companies. Never against the real trouble.
Let me ask you a question Mr. Obama. You want to make sure that BP pays for this disaster, but what about you? What about paying for the damages done to this country from your programs? What about paying for your fiasco with the Health Care bill that will cost us trillions of dollars what we didn’t want in the first place? What about your promise that unemployment wouldn’t go above 8%. Are you going to be responsible for what you have done to this country in the space of a year? NO? I didn’t think so. But you should. You have caused more damage to this country in your year as president, than BP has done with this fire and explosion, with the leak. Someone should write a book about Obama, and call it “The Audacity of Laying the blame elsewhere.” Because he is really good at it.
Who is going to pay for the damages that Obama has caused to this country? Rush said it best when he said:
What I want to know is who’s going to pay for the stimulus bill? Who is going to pay for Obama’s damage to the private sector? Who’s gonna pay for the utter disaster of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac? Answer: Us. It ought to come out of Obama’s back pocket. That’s the destructor.
Obama the destructor. Yep….I caught that one. And it is so true. He has done his best to destroy the private sector of this country. He has done his best to destroy our financial sector. He has done his best to destroy the foundation of this country. He has done his best to ignore what the Constitution says by making up his rules that we are supposed to live by all the way down the line. Obama? This country will be great again. Starting on the day we get rid of you, and your liberal lackeys in our government.
