You’re right, my friend. Republicans don’t know how to win, even when they do. I’m not sure why this is so or what the solution is but we need to find one, and quickly. Obama is dragging our country down into a pit which will take generations to get out of. He MUST be defeated to save America! That’s why it’s vital for Republicans to get their proverbial act together, because they are the only opponents of Obama who can win…if they really care to.
reply from Robert: I am afraid that what we are heading towards, is an Obama lite, in Romney. He has boonswoggled the people into voting for him, as he has won Florida and now Nevada. We are going to have him for our nominee. The only thing that will stop the mess that is happening with Obama, is if we elect Romney, make sure that we elect enough true conservatives to the house and the senate to stop his “bigger government higher taxes” message that he is now hiding. I do not know why the American people are so stupid when it comes to electing their leaders, but they are. It is true what Benjamin Franklin said when he said, “We have a republic, for as long as we can keep it.” We can see that republic slipping away as we vote.

I pray she wins this fight and that it isn’t too hard on her! I have no problem with people migrating to the US, provided they follow the time proven steps of getting a sponsor, find a job, paying taxes, being properly registered, get a green card, etc. But being able to sneak in, get an illegal drivers license etc, is not the way it should be done.

Our government is WAY too big, into too many things it should not be into, and is quickly putting us into a socialist state, which has proven NOT to work over the many years. We are VERY quickly going the way of the Romans, in half the time it took them to go away!
reply from Robert: The other thing that needs to be done when the people migrating into the US is to learn the English language. I think another thing that we are doing wrong is allowing a second language to infiltrate this country. Look into the past and see how many multi language countries have succeeded. I can tell you that not many have, if any. Thanks for the great comment.

I am tired of the chickens–t tactics that this administration has been resorting to. It started with being called racist if you disagree with King Obama, Then the wonderful socialist health care plan. Then along comes the ATF and their Fast and Furious gun running scam that blew up in their faces. Now we get to worry about the UN sticking their noses in our business. I only hope our soldiers and police remember their oaths and not turn on the citizens and they help us protect our rights.
reply from Robert: I don’t think you have to worry about that. Remember, it is the Conservatives that support the troops, and the democrats, *liberals* who hate them. Our military does not have a short memory on things like that, much unlike the general population of the United States. The best thing to do is keep your eyes open as to what the government is doing, even after we win in November. Washington has a way to corrupt.

Kudos to Susanna Martinez! I know she’ll be smeared by the Dem/lib attack machine, and she probably knows it, too, but she’s putting loyalty to country above race, party, and fear of what the Left will do. Again, kudos to her and I really hope she gets that stupid, unpatriotic law repealed!

This post is spot on, Robert. Mark Levin is so right. Romney definitely has problems in the conservatism department, but if he gets the nomination we have to support him because beating Obama is the ultimate goal. However, beating him won't mean that all of our problems will be solved. There are big government Republicans just like there are big government Democrats. If Romney becomes president he probably will try to make the federal government bigger, no matter what he says now. That's why we can't just vote on election day and then go home. If Romney wins we conservatives will have to stay on him like proverbial white on rice, and make sure he does the right thing. And we have to be willing to vote him out if he doesn't, just like with Obama. We, the people, definitely have our work cut out for us. I just hope we're up to it. reply from Robert: You are so right my friend. Obama has to be voted out of office no matter who we put up against him, we have to support them. But, we also have to vote in Conservatives into the House and the senate. And this year, we are losing two conservatives in the house. True Conservatives. Mike Pence, who is going to be the next governor of Indiana, and another from Indiana, Dan Burton. He announced today, that due to health problems in his family he will not be running for reelection. A sad day for us that is for sure.

Questionman, I have a question for you. You say Obama has done a “fantastic job” fixing the country. How, exactly, does a national debt, a national credit rating, an unemployment rate, and gas prices WORSE than what we had under Bush equate to a fantastic job?

I just left a long reply to him. I haven’t read the link he put in from the New York times but I should….even though I already know it is full of the typical liberal spin on things. Obama has nothing against success. Do you not have a problem paying 30% of your earnings and someone like Romney paying only 14%. Thats not class warfare, thats common sense.
Explain how is Obama destroying middle class. Fact is the recession began before Obama took office. Fact is Obama has had 22 months of private sector job growth.
To answer your question. Do you believe it is more important to handle the national debt or get people back to work. Do you realize by extended the class warfare tax cuts for the rich we are adding to the national debt.

It’s amazing how many voters have no problem with a Republican destroying the country but heaven forbid that Obama get reelected and keep the country afloat. Yet he is only two points behind Mitt Romney in Iowa. Has the GOP become such barbarians that Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage are now moderates?

Yes the recession started before Obama, but it was caused by years of the media and the democrats telling everyone we were in the worst economy since the great depression when in fact the economy was going great guns. You tell a lie enough, it tends to become the truth. That is what happened there. And another thing, just how does extending tax cuts to the rich, money the government isn’t even getting now, add to the national debt? The national debt would be just as well served if the government would stop overspending.

As for you talking about the truth coming from the New York Slimes? Don’t make me laugh. The Slimes hasn’t told the truth about what is really going on in so long that I don’t think it knows what the truth is.
As for Obama doing a fantastic job of putting our country back together after Bush…..you head is so far up your rear end that you wouldn’t know what was really going on if it bit you while in there. When Obama took office, the national debt was less than half of what it is now. Obama has spent us into oblivion in three years, spending so much he doubled the national debt. If that is doing a great job then you are nothing but a Marxist/Socialist, and that form of government has never worked….and never will because when you take money from other people to do what you want to do, eventually you will run out of other peoples’ money. And that is where Obama is now. The people have awakened to what he is doing to this country, and it has to stop. People like you, and Obama, who hate this country so much that you want to change it, are the ones that the majority of us want to go and live somewhere else, because we like how this country was founded. Obama has broken the laws of the constitution, one after another in office…..and in any sane person’s mind, that is a HORRIBLE way to run this country. Get a life.

Wow! This is a scary stuff! The plug for Ron Paul was, I think, unnecessary but other than that this vid was spot on. Now we know why we must defeat Obama in November. It’s not just to stop his dangerously reckless spending, it’s to stop his determined efforts to eradicate our most precious freedoms. We need every patriot to vote in November. Obama must be stopped!

Robert, My computer just ate my comment…and it was a big comment….Nuts Oh well,,,,,It seems there has been one lie after another from this administration and Pres OB…..Why is he constantly race baiting?????? It seems it’s all about race or Middle Class. I’m sorry, but I didn’t give the government 20 years of my life protecting our freedoms to allow for the establishment of a class system in this country. I assume…A S S U M E; when one says middle class they are referring to an income bracket…..but please not class…….Every thing is done to separate the masses and have them pitted against each other….Newt is the only one who has an answer for our ills….They have crucified him for the past week again…..I say if the the media keeps spewing its poisonous lies, and half truths then something should be done to curtail it being pushed on the unsuspecting public ….seems like character assassination and untruths should be prosecuted or something. The Fourth estate certainly is not doing its job where politics is concerned.. I’m rambling again…..Great post as usual….stay well..
