The Obama blame game and where it’s leading us. Part One.

Credibility used to be something that someone in the White House strove for. This president is striving in the opposite direction.
-Robert Garding-

I have watched as this president does something, and when it doesn’t work out, the blame game starts, and everyone else is to blame for the failure, and not him. Solyndra is a great example, and so are the electric cars that he has been pushing.

But I have gotten a list, of the things that Obama has tried, and failed at, and who he has left holding the bag for the blame of these things, or at least he has tried. The Obama quotes that I will use, are on record at http://www.whitehousedossier.com, and of course the quotes are in black. This quote below is from March 22, 2012.

Solyndra:

“Obviously, we wish Solyndra hadn’t gone bankrupt. Part of the reason they did was because the Chinese were subsidizing their solar industry and flooding the market in ways that Solyndra couldn’t compete. But understand, this was not our program per se. Congress-Democrats and Republicans-put together a loan guarantee program.”

You see, Obama has passed the buck so to say, on to others, for every failure that he has had, and most of the blaming has been back to George W. Bush for not less than thirteen problems that has characterized his presidency. He, (Obama) has suggested over and over again that he is just ‘doing the best that he can’ with the deck that he was dealt from, yet everytime that something goes right, even though Bush shares significant recognition for, or nearly all the recognition for, like the increased oil drilling, which I will get to shortly, to the end of the Iraq war and the killing of Osama bin Laden.

Oil Prices: Since Obama has taken office, the price of gasoline here in Indianapolis has risen from about 1.75 a gallon when he took office to 4.00 per gallon now. And no one seems to remember him saying that with his “cap and trade policies, energy prices will necessarily have to skyrocket.” Yet he blames others for what HE has done. Remember, during his campaign, he told us that our energy prices will go up because of what he wanted to do. And they have. And here is where he lays the blame:

“The key thing that is driving higher gas prices is actually the world’s oil markets and uncertainty about what’s going on in Iran and the Middle East, and that’s adding a $20 or $30 premium to oil prices.”

Obama said this on March 23, 2012. I have been listening, and that is something that scares all of you liberals out there. Because if little ole me has been listening, you know that I am not the only one.

Now on to the one that everyone has in their minds. The economy. On February 23, 2012, Obama said this about the economy.

“We’ve made sure to do everything we can to dig ourselves out of this incredible hole that I inherited.”

HOLE INDEED!!!!!! The hole that HE inherited? Let’s see now. Unemployment was at 7.5% when he took office. Now, realistic numbers can place it at 15%. Of course, the reported numbers are 9%, but that is because everyone who has run out of unemployment benefits are no longer on the unemployment rolls, even though they are still unemployed. People who have simply given up looking are no longer on the unemployment rolls, even though most of them are still unemployed. Shall I go on? Because there is more.

The Deficit:

“When I first walked through the door, the deficit stood at $1.3 trillion, with projected deficits of $8 trillion over the next decade. If we had taken office during ordinary times, we would have started bringing down these deficits immediately.”

If I am remembering right here folks, if the deficit was still at 1.3 trillion, which is too high in itself, we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in now would we? But in three years, Obama has raised that debt from 1.3 trillion to 8 trillion. I guess waiting a decade for that to happen was too long huh? Let me put this in plain English, so even you people who blindly follow Obama over the cliff will hear too. Obama never wanted to lower the deficit. It was never a priority of his. Only blaming others for his failures was.

About the deficit, he also said this on November 9, 2011….

“We thought that it was entirely appropriate for our governments and our agencies to try to root out waste, large and small, in a systematic way. Obviously, this is even more important given the deficits that we’ve inherited (and caused) and that have grown as a consequence of this recession.”

Now I have stated this over and over again but it seems that it bears repeating again. The recession was not caused by President Bush. It was caused by the constant lying and distorting of the truth that the democrats and the media and some of the republicans were doing back then when Bush was president.

During the major part of the Bush Presidency, unemployment was at or below 5%! Yet, during the whole time the media was telling us we were in the worst economy since the depression. The democrats were campaigning on that very premise. Yet, it wasn’t true. Not till the end, when Bush had had enough and simply gave up. I am asking you folks, wouldn’t you have done the same if you were blasted for everything you did during 8 years, no matter what good was happening or what was going on? Obama doesn’t have this to worry about. The media covers up everything he does and will NOT REPORT on the bad stuff, unless it gets totally out of control like some things have, then and only then, they will report on it because it has gone viral other places and everyone is finding out anyway.

Now this thing about Obama taking credit for the increased oil drilling that is going on here in the United States. He has nothing to do with the lion’s share of it, or all of it. Most all of the drilling that is popping up all over this nation is being done on private lands which he and the democrats have NO CONTROL OVER. They couldn’t stop it if they wanted too. The republicans have NO CONTROL OVER this either. It is the market working as it should, without government intervention, by private owners doing what they can to help out the energy crisis by putting work where it is needed. Of course, the profit is there too, so the free market system will fill in the void so to speak. So when Obama takes credit for this, he is simply LYING to us!

This will end part one. Stay tuned here for Part two, in the next day or two.

May God Bless our efforts to help get America back, and put God back into our country
God Bless America, Bless all Americans, and bless us to start using more common sense.

Another great post, Robert! By constantly blaming others for what’s gone wrong on his watch, Obama reveals a deep vein of narcissism and immaturity in his personality. He only wants to be praised for successes, not held accountable for the failures. That’s the first sign of a dictator, or dictator wannbe. America definitely doesn’t need him at the helm of power for another 4 years.
reply from Robert: Exactly, and that is something that almost has to be preached to the masses everyday all the time till he is either unelectable or booted from the White house. I will do my part. Thanks for the great comment my friend.

Robert, to do justice to a blog one must spend time doing research and assembly. I have been fighting COPD and therefore have less time to insure a great product, such as you have constantly. That’s why I have neglected my blog. Another spot on assessment on this one also…stay well…

  3. Throw Obama and all his dem. in one big pot and you couldn’t come up with one good brain.
reply from Robert: Sad but true. But even sadder, is the fact that we elected them to office.
