It’s based on the erroneous notion that hate is the ONLY reason anyone can have for opposing gay marriage. Not even close. I would die to defend your rights to say what you say-and I can agree with most it.

I am straight-yet I have no problems with gays and even believe they should have the same rights inside a marriage as others.

I live with what some Christian values yet I am fully aware that Jesus was just a Rabbi with a new twist.

I think your President is a very wise and courageous man who needs time-things can not chance as fast as we like-and the logistics of moving an army out can be worse then moving it in.

reply from Robert: Thank you for the comment. I am glad that you are someone who holds values and believes in them. I do doubt however, that I would dislike you if I met you. I dislike few people. The ones that I dislike are ones that would rather hurt me or my family than to get to know me. I do not even dislike Obama…..I just hate his policies. He has gone at these things with an irrational abandon that has all but bankrupted this country. It is true…that a lot of the problems were carried on by Bush, but NOT started by him. These thing were started long before, with Carter and even before. The thing that I have against Obama, is that he has quadrupled our national debt in the span of 10 months, and has spent more, in that short time, than every president that preceded him, inclusive. In that, he is NOT wise, nor good for this country. That is where my dislike for him comes in. He is doing things that NO other president could get away with, and he has hardly even started yet…if we don’t stop him. Thank you for the thoughtful comment, and thanks for reading this.
