Now, Bush is “gracious” and a “decent man”…..

There is so darned much to talk about. The media keeps referring to Obama in the White House as the “new Camelot”. The problem is, that there is probably NOTHING that Obama will be able to do wrong, according to the media, that will change their minds on this. They have bought into the marketing scheme that Obama put out, lock stock and barrel. Rush Limbaugh says that the only thing that could change their minds, is if he slugs a reporter, or something like that. But I don’t even think something like that would change the way they are fawning all over the man. They think he is Jesus Christ incarnate, and he even has an approval rating of over 65% for the things he has done since he was elected, and people, he hasn’t done anything!

When it comes to actually reporting the news anymore, I do not think that there is a single journalist around anymore, because the ones that are out there only fabricate news to fit their agendas and the truth be damned.

When it comes to President Bush, the news media hasn’t had one good thing to say about the man in 8 years, as they have called him “stupid”, and “Hitler”, and “Bushitler”, and anything else that they can think of that is bad……yet, after the meeting with Obama at the White House the other day, the media couldn’t say anything bad about him. The talking points used, was the word “gracious”. The media flocks together, and chooses one word or a catch phrase, and they use it to excess, and they all do it. The following transcripts from many of the reporting media shows just this fact.

Since the meeting with Obama in the Oval Office, the media has found their new “BUZZ” word to use for Bush. And that word is “gracious”. Now to see the ridiculousness of this, you have to look back over the last eight years, and the media’s accounts of Bush. They have gone the gamut of “Bush is stupid”, to “Bush is Satan”, to any number of other “bad” euphemisms that the Press could label Bush as, but never has it been what it has been since Obama and him met in the White house the other day.

ED HENRY: What really struck the Obama camp was how gracious President Bush was.

KATIE COURIC: It was one gracious couple welcoming another.

JAKE TAPPER: The Senator remarked how gracious President Bush was.

LISA CAPUTO: They were incredibly gracious.

BOB HERBERT: President and Mrs. Bush were extremely gracious.

GLORIA BORGER: George W. Bush has been incredibly gracious.

JAY CARNEY: President Bush has made this pretty easy by being so gracious.

KYRA PHILLIPS: It’s very gracious of President Bush.

RICHARD WOLFFE: Everything we’re hearing is that he was very, very gracious.

JOHN HARWOOD: This is President Bush at his best and, being very gracious.

BRET BAIER: …a visit that aides described as gracious.

FRED BARNES: The Bushes are very gracious and decent people.

CHRIS PLANTE: The Bushes who are very gracious people.

DAVID GERGEN: They are being gracious about it.

MIKE EMANUEL: President Bush has been totally gracious.

ALLAN LICHTMAN: President Bush has been extremely gracious.

ANDREA MITCHELL: Laura and George Bush could not have been more gracious.

PAUL “THE FOREHEAD” BEGALA: The grace, class that the Bushes showed…

CHARLIE ROSE: I keep hearing reports that the President has been very gracious about all this.

Over the last two days the media has again exhibited just how out of touch they really are. They confer with each other on the words they are going to use, and then to a man/woman, they use the same words. Each and every time. And this isn’t the first time they have rallied under one word.

This is beyond absurd and it is infuriating that they think we are so stupid that we are not going to pick up on this. Because whatever you think on policy, every one of these people have known for eight years what a decent and gracious man George W. Bush is. But they didn’t want to use that term for him. They were only out to destroy him, and he never fought back.

Now all of a sudden that he’s being nice to Obama, “Why, look at what a gracious and decent guy George W. Bush is!” It’s another indictment of the unprofessionalism of journalists today.
The media, and the liberals in this country are so predictable, that it isn’t funny. And they just don’t realize that we are onto their ploy.

President Bush at that moment was aboard the refurbished USS Intrepid giving the annual Veterans Day address. The Fox News Channel was carrying it , and the president was looking good, sounding good. He’s a decent guy. Just gracious. He’s just being gracious as he can be out there, on the deck of the USS Intrepid.

All of this was so predictable. It’s funny, but it’s infuriating. They called this man Hitler! They called him BusHitler. They burned him in effigy. They did books about assassinating him. They did movies about assassinating him. They said he was stupid! They said he was trampling on the Constitution, shredding it and using it for toilet paper, that he was spying on Americans. Now after one meeting with Obama, why, the president was so gracious and so decent! Willie Brown says, “He’s really a charming, warm, wonderful human being.” Mr. Mayor, that is not what your party has said for the last eight years. You whipped your supporters and this country into a frenzy by saying that Bush is exactly that: EVIL! And he had to be impeached and all that. This is just… It’s so… These people! Do they know in the Drive-Bys, the Democrat Party, how predictable they are?

Now most of the wording there came from the Rush Limbaugh site for October 11, but you can see the indecent way that the media has treated Bush over the last 8 years, and now that he has met with their messiah, and he was “nice” and “decent” they are fawning all over how Bush is a “decent guy and so nice.” Give me a break people. Do they really think that we are buying this crap? They don’t think Bush is decent, or nice. They have said it all over the last 8 years, and never have they said anything nice. No matter how bad or good Obama does as President folks, the media will never report anything bad about him. On this you can bet the bank. It will not happen. So be prepared for one horrific bad 4 or 8 years, while no one will even mention the blame could lie at the feet of Barack Obama…..yet for Bush….no matter what the man did, it was wrong. And the next president, whoever it is, if he/she is a republican, we will see a repeat of this stupidity and NON reporting, and all because the President is not a democrat.<p.
Now I know that there will be those of you who will come back on me and say that this is just sour grapes and that the media doesn’t do this…..but all you have to do is look back over the last four decades, and you will see it. It happens.

God Bless America
God Bless our troops, always
God Bless my readers, my listeners on BTR and my viewers on You tube…..

  1. Kinda like all the nice things liberals said about Ronald Reagan after he died.

  2. I really think and have always thought that Bush was a nice guy. I have even praised him in my blog on his personality. There’s a HUGE difference between one’s personality and how they run the country.

Now, that I think of it, I have liked all the personalities of Republican presidents.

When liberals complain, they are complaining about policy. It starts there and ends there.

And for the record, there are still liberals out there including myself that still complain of Reagan’s policies.
